Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities according to defined expectations to achieve KPIs.
• Promote Client's product via outbound calls to HCP targets to achieve sales goals.
• Respond to inbound calls from HCPs to address product questions.
• Profile and manage targeted list of HCPs to grow product volume.
• Maintain CRM data entry with target responses and follow-through actions.
• Communicate persuasively using approved messaging and product knowledge.
