Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to engage health care professionals in telephone conversations, promote assigned client product(s), and meet program objectives. You will educate HCPs on product features, safety profiles, indications and drive sales through outbound calls while maintaining CRM data accuracy.

The role offers a salary of about $83K-$87K, with bonus potential based on performance, and requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in pharma sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of Pharma Sales experience.
• Respiratory experience preferred.
• Clinical understanding of Respiratory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve KPIs.
• Promote Client's products via outbound calls to HCPs.
• Respond to inbound HCP questions about products.
• Profile and manage targeted HCP lists to grow product volume.
• Maintain call productivity and required program metrics.
• Prospect and qualify/disqualify HCPs from target lists.
• Record details of interactions and follow-up actions in CRM.
• Communicate effectively with customers using approved messaging.
• Keep updated on Client product knowledge and program specifics.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as required.
