Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a seasoned Commercial Project Manager for a remote role serving the US market with global alignment to Europe. You will oversee the integration of the commercial workstream, ensuring structure and timely execution of the go-to-market approach for pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities include leading stakeholder coordination, owning the integration plan, and driving milestones while collaborating with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of go-to-market / launch environments.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management with Commercial Strategy.
• Experience with product launch management across supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and marketing.
• Experience in sales and marketing support to achieve revenue targets.
• Create marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Forecasting and business planning: build sales forecasts and demand projections.
• Market access and pricing knowledge and reimbursement strategies.

• Backbone of the commercial sub team, ensuring structure and continuity.
• Lead the integration of the commercial workstream end-to-end.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders while keeping teams on track.
• Consolidate and own the commercial integration and execution plan.

• Support launch planning and readiness activities.
• Provide global coordination, with attention to both US and Europe.
