Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with several years of analytic experience in relevant data sources.
• Master's degree plus five+ years of analytics experience is acceptable.
• Experience with large, deidentified patient claims data is strongly preferred.
• Pharma industry experience and familiarity with regulatory data sources are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts advanced analytics for brand planning and resource allocation across channels.
• Liaises between Marketing and Sales to develop tactics and strategies.
• Execute departmental procedures and integrate marketing strategy with sales plans.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Builds knowledge of analytical methodologies and external vendors in the department.
• Supports evolving processes to meet therapeutic business needs.
