Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree with relevant analytic experience.
• 7 years of analytic experience with relevant data sources and methodologies OR 5 years with a Master’s degree.
• Proficiency in developing, documenting and communicating analytic plans.
• Experience with multivariate analytics and promotional responsiveness techniques.
• Experience in digital analytics (email, banners, mobile, alerts) or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts advanced analytics in support of brand planning and resource allocation.
• Liaises between Marketing and Sales to develop tactics and strategies.
• Ensure marketing strategy is integrated into delivered sales call plans for in-person and virtual channels.
• Communicate analytical results to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Builds and shares knowledge of analytical methodologies and vendors.
• Establishes workflows to support evolving process needs.
