Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Business Analyst to support multiple customer groups with advanced analytics, measuring marketing impact and ROI within the pharmaceutical industry.

The role includes modeling, profiling, and segmentation using R/Python/SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint to drive strategic decisions. Fully remote with EST hours on a 12+ month contract, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of analytic experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Experience analyzing large, de-identified patient claims data sets preferred.
• Experience in Metabolic therapeutic areas (CardioRenal Metabolic) preferred.
• Experience in a large pharmaceutical manufacturer preferred.
• Proficiency in developing, documenting and communicating analytical plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics to support brand planning and resource allocation.
• Collaborate between Marketing and Sales to align tactics with strategy.
• Execute procedures and integrate marketing strategy into sales call plans (in-person and virtual).
• Ensure analytical results are communicated and used effectively by internal customers.
• Share knowledge of methodologies and vendors with the department.
• Adapt processes to evolving therapeutic business needs.
