Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Manager to oversee audit and related engagements, primarily for PHA, HUD, and government programs, with mentoring of staff and strengthening client relationships to grow profitability.

You will supervise engagements from planning to wrap-up, ensure GAAP compliance, and contribute to business development while participating in panels, trainings, and firm-wide initiatives at a national CPA firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• 5–8 years public accounting experience.
• Excellent communication and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage client engagements from planning to completion.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Accountants; develop client relationships.
• Enhance profitability and contribute to business development.
