Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Business Delivery Consultant to drive PET Insurance initiatives remotely. The role focuses on leading business requirements, UAT readiness, and regulatory-driven changes across product and policy areas.

As an experienced consultant, you will translate complex regulatory and product changes into clear, testable requirements and collaborate with Product, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

Eight plus years of dynamic experience in planning, designing and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives.
Experience with process management, data modeling and organizational design to support business goals.
Ability to develop business cases, conduct cost/benefit analyses and translate requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to transform their businesses through strategic application of people, processes and technology.
Lead business process analysis, organizational analysis, needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align solutions with business strategies.
Consult with functional groups to develop short- and long-term transformation plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Communicate requirements, use cases and test scenarios between business and IT to support delivery.
Develop project plans and manage schedules, costs and outcomes across initiatives.
