Job summary

Bond Vet is seeking Remote Care Coordinators to deliver outstanding client experiences from a remote setting. You will answer a large volume of calls, assist with scheduling, and coordinate medical records by email, while collaborating with virtual nurses and clinic teams.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a busy call center or health care environment, proficient CRM use (Zendesk, Vetspire), and comfort with Slack and Google platforms for team communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in a high-volume call center or health industry.
• Proven ability to manage high email volume daily.
• Experience routing calls and coordinating with team members.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and rescheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client experience via a high volume of calls to schedule appointments and answer inquiries.
• Review and respond to emails (often >100 per day) including medical records coordination.
• Triage calls to virtual nurses or clinic staff as needed.
• Document client interactions across Zendesk, Vetspire and related platforms.
