Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance products, including Auto and Homeowners coverage.
• Manage the full sales cycle via phone, text, and email.
• Use access to a broad network of insurance carriers to match customers with tailored policy solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to improve workflow and support earnings potential.
• Close 60+ policies per month using warm, inbound leads.
