Trellis is seeking a Remote Personal Lines Insurance Sales Agent to join a high-performing team. You’ll help customers across the country find auto, home, renters, flood, and other coverage that fits their needs.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—phone, text, and email—connecting with customers in their preferred channel while using AI-powered tools to boost efficiency and earnings. This remote role offers uncapped earning potential and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• 2+ years in Personal Lines insurance sales.
• Experience in a multi-carrier contact center.
• History of meeting or exceeding quotas in high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell a broad range of personal lines products (Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Flood, etc.).
• Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email.
• Access 80+ carriers to tailor policies for customers.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
• Close 60+ policies per month with warm inbound leads.
