The Jonus Group seeks an experienced Personal Lines Producer to join its growing, fully remote team. The ideal candidate has a strong Personal Lines background and a proven track record in sales and new-business development, with the ability to build and maintain a profitable book of business.

This remote role focuses on developing opportunities, managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while delivering exceptional client service.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Experience in either an independent agency or captive environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
