The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in personal lines sales, a track record of meeting targets, and a drive to advance within a supportive, community-focused agency.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain or actively hold a Personal Lines insurance license prior to employment.
• Minimum of 2 years in personal lines insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in developing and executing aggressive sales strategies and initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agents First's strategies and initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for personal lines insurance products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing personalized insurance solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance needs assessments for clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Regularly review clients’ insurance portfolios to ensure their coverage remains adequate and up-to-date.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and claims.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various personal lines insurance products and assist them in making informed decisions.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through continuous follow-up and engagement.
• Actively participate in community events, local business networks, and professional associations to enhance visibility.
