Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organic lead generation through networking, referrals, and relationship-building with community contacts.
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with centers of influence to drive ongoing lead flow and account expansion.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by converting leads into profitable personal lines accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with proactive prospecting, tracking, and follow-up.
