Job summary

Evergreen Insurance Solutions LLC is seeking an Outbound Sales Producer to grow personal insurance business by advising individuals and families on auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life products. You will work with warm leads and outbound opportunities, building lasting client relationships through trust and service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calling, lead follow-up, referrals, and agency-provided opportunities.
• Educate prospects on insurance coverage options and recommend solutions that fit their needs.
• Follow the Evergreen Insurance Solutions sales process consistently.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline within the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects and clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure applications and underwriting information are accurate and complete.
• Collect required documentation and obtain electronic signatures.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry changes.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
