Qualifications

• Virginia P&C license required.
• Minimum 5 years in personal lines account management.
• Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, renters, umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of personal lines clients.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage solutions.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, changes, cancellations.
• Partner with carriers and clients to support the claims process.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and round out accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency systems.
• Mentor junior account managers and new team members.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
