Job summary

Chatterton Insurance, Inc. seeks a licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a full-time remote role in the United States. The CSR will service personal lines policies, support renewals and endorsements, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license for RI/MA, experience with homeowners, renters, and auto coverages, and familiarity with AMS360. Strong communication and service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty (MA, RI) required.
• Experience servicing personal lines including auto and homeowners.
• Knowledge of homeowners, personal auto, and personal umbrella coverages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with servicing personal lines policies (auto/homeowners).
• Support policy renewals, endorsements, and basic changes.
• Respond to client inquiries and direct requests to the right teams.
