Allen Agency is seeking motivated Sales Agents for a fully remote role. You will engage with a CRM of leads, qualify opportunities, and close sales through a commission-based model with flexible hours.

You’ll work independently with ongoing coaching and access to top-rated carriers and products, while enjoying a healthy work-life balance and opportunities for career growth within the team. This position emphasizes results over cold calling and provides training and mentorship to help you succeed

Qualifications

• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one – we provide guidance).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills for CRM and client management.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided resources
• Educate clients on available policies and coverage options
