Viles & Beckman LLC Injury Attorneys in Fort Myers seeks a motivated paralegal to support our litigation team. You will manage personal injury files from suit pending through resolution, coordinating discovery, depositions, and trial preparation while providing a five-star client experience.

You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, draft pleadings and discovery, and stay connected remotely with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation or strong desire to grow in this field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and supporting litigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 75 to 85 personal injury litigation files.
• Draft and prepare litigation pleadings and forms for attorney review.
• File documents using Florida e-filing portals.
• Review and finalize first-draft discovery responses.
• Maintain compassionate client communication throughout litigation.
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Take ownership of trial preparation processes and exhibits.
• Assist attorneys with legal research and case support tasks.
