BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney for our Wichita, Kansas area practice. The role provides remote work options and opportunities to lead cases from intake through trial in a high-performing team. You will advocate for clients, develop case strategies, and stay current on evolving legal trends.

Qualified candidates hold a J.D. from an accredited school, active Nebraska/Iowa license, and 3–5+ years of personal injury experience with demonstrated results.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license in Nebraska and/or Iowa.
• 3–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven ability to drive strong case results and settlements.
• Excellent written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Negotiate strategically with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare for and represent clients at trial when necessary.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and legal staff.
• Contribute to client experience and firm growth initiatives.
