Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Wichita, KS is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a PI pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution. You will build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and collaborate with paralegals and case managers in the Wichita office.

The candidate should hold a JD and an active Kansas Bar license, with at least one year of PI experience and eligibility for Missouri Bar status.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Bar license required.
• At least one year of personal injury experience.
• Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity).
• Organized and self-directed in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with legal technology and case management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery.
• Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documents.
• Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the Wichita office.
• Develop referral relationships to grow your book of business.
