Manage a personal injury pre-litigation caseload from intake through demand and resolution. Build and maintain client relationships through consistent, proactive communication. Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters to maximize client recovery. Draft demand letters, settlement agreements, correspondence, and legal documents. Collaborate with and direct paralegal and case management staff in the Wichita office. Develop referral relationships to grow your book of business.
Active Kansas Bar license required. At least one year of personal injury experience preferred; relevant civil litigation background considered. Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity). Genuine client-first orientation. Organized and self-directed in a high-volume environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with legal technology and case management platforms.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
