Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and/or Kansas.
• 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with case management software and legal research tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough case investigations and gather evidence.
• Manage a caseload from consultation to resolution.
• Draft and file legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Prepare and present cases at trial when necessary.
• Develop tailored litigation strategies.
• Stay current on relevant laws and precedents.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.
