We are partnering with a nationally recognized, plaintiff-side law firm exclusively dedicated to representing survivors of sexual abuse and seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. This is a highly specialized, mission-driven practice with a powerful track record — over $1 billion in verdicts and settlements, 5,000+ survivors represented, and 25+ years of exclusive focus in this space.

What You\'ll Do

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload from intake through resolution.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to maximize client outcomes.
• Develop case strategy and advocate aggressively for injured clients.
• Collaborate with a team of accomplished litigators and support staff.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $250,000 depending on experience. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
