Job summary

The Law Office of Arash Khorsandi PC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our plaintiff-side litigation team in Los Angeles. The candidate will have extensive courtroom experience, strong litigation skills, and a proven record of handling complex personal injury cases through trial.

Responsibilities include leading cases from litigation through trial, conducting depositions and hearings, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proven first-chair jury trial experience.
• Strong courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive courtroom experience, strong litigation skills, and a proven track record of successfully handling complex personal injury cases through trial.

Responsibilities

• Lead personal injury cases from litigation through trial.
• Handle complex, high-value personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury cases.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and jury trials.
• Develop case strategies and prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients throughout litigation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Proven first-chair jury trial experience.
• Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Experience handling catastrophic injury and high-value cases preferred.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.
