Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of financial planning for Spain, including money management, debt, investing, retirement, taxes and estate planning.
• 10 years min. industry experience and CFP via FPSB Spain or EFPA Spain’s EFP certification.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability and interest in leveraging technology to deliver information clearly.
• Coaching approach with active listening and needs assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Initiative, dedication, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
• Attention to detail for high quality content.

Responsibilities

• Localized content development—review content, modify for local market, create gaps-based content.
• Product development and innovation—develop new products, services, curriculum, and leverage technology.
• Research and content contribution—analyze data and write/edit articles on trends in personal finance.
• Financial education and guidance—facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one-on-one meetings.
• Strategic contributions and leadership—lead or contribute to Spain team and business.
