My Secure Advantage is seeking a Part-Time Financial Coach to deliver 30-minute virtual sessions to employees of global companies. This fully remote contractor role is based in the Dominican Republic, with sessions paid in USD and no selling of products.

You'll coach on budgeting, debt, credit, retirement and more, choosing topics you excel in and setting your own schedule. Prior experience in financial coaching is required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Spanish.
• Familiarity with financial systems in the Dominican Republic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 30-minute one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with employees.
• Cover budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement, investing, insurance, and home buying.
