• Ability to turn research and data into clear, practical material
• Strong public speaking skills (experience facilitating financial workshops is a plus)
• Ability to travel up to 50% to deliver workshops and onsite sessions
• Willingness to forgo existing clients and any personal planning practice in order to preserve the integrity of our 100% unbiased approach

Responsibilities

• Coach. Deliver one-on-one sessions, phone coaching, workshops, webcasts, and onsite programs using our proprietary behavior-change methodology.
• Build. Develop new curriculum, bring forward ideas for new services, and try new approaches, with room to build the ones that work.
• Publish and speak. Turn data and real-world planning experience into articles, research, and presentations for financial planning and HR audiences.
