My Secure Advantage is seeking a Financial Success Coordinator who is fluent in English and Spanish to serve as a primary contact for members seeking financial coaching. This 100% remote role will involve handling inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels to explain services, identify needs, and connect members with coaches or resources.

You will help schedule appointments and provide ongoing support throughout the member journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfortable phone-based member interaction throughout the day.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, or contact center software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to member emails, messages, and service requests.
• Welcome new members and explain available services.
• Ask questions to understand financial needs and goals.
• Connect members with the appropriate coach or resource.
• Schedule and manage coaching appointments per processes.
• Support callbacks and queue processes for timely assistance.
• Assist with registration, access, scheduling, and questions about services.
• Coordinate with coaches and internal teams for seamless handoffs.
• Protect member privacy and follow policies.
• Meet contact center performance expectations and participate in training.
