This fully remote, freelance role centers on documenting a single long-term process in rich, narrative detail. You’ll write in your own voice, including judgment calls and nuances, rather than a checklist.

After joining, you’ll complete a short paid writing assessment at $9/h. Projects are ad hoc, paid via PayPal, with flexible hours and control over acceptance of assignments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a personal/ executive assistant or similar role.
• A real interest in writing: blogs, journalism, essays, or strong email writing.
• Preference for depth and thoroughness over brevity; ability to explain clearly.

Responsibilities

• Select one long-term task central to your PA work and write a thorough, first-person account from start to finish.
• Describe steps, tools, information you draw on, decision points, and edge cases, not a checklist.
• Provide a detailed narrative suitable for AI model training.
