Prolific is seeking Personal and Executive Assistants to join our Expert Network to help train and evaluate AI models using their administrative expertise. Compensation includes tasks paying up to $20 per hour, with typical tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a PA, EA or similar.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with ability to translate complex workflows into structured evaluation tasks and provide clear feedback.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed outlines of your workflows.
• Describe one regular task in detail, including steps, tools, and information you draw on.
• Ensure depth on a single process, not a tour of your whole role.
• Include steps, decision points, and edge cases.
