Job summary

Partner Company seeks a Project Manager, Permitting based in the United States to guide commercial construction projects through complex permitting processes. You will serve as the key connector between clients, permitting authorities, and internal teams, driving milestones and approvals.

You will partner with leadership, Product, and Engineering to improve workflows, tools, and operational processes within a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of professional experience in architecture, construction, permitting, or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning requirements, regulatory frameworks, and permitting procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, municipal officials, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of local permitting requirements, building codes, zoning regulations, and approval processes across markets.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through permitting processes for efficient approvals.
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal officials and permitting staff to accelerate approvals.
• Manage multiple permitting projects, tracking milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Anticipate roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects moving.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership to improve workflows and client experience.
• Contribute to scalable permitting best practices and operational processes.
• Help improve predictability, efficiency, and speed of permitting operations across commercial projects.
