In this role you will shape permitting operations, collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering to refine workflows, and help clients build faster and more effectively. A strong regulatory background and client communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes and zoning.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of local permitting rules across markets.
• Advise clients through complex approval processes.
• Collaborate with municipalities to accelerate approvals.
