Job summary

Milrose Consultants is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Permitting to lead complex permitting projects across the DC, MD, and VA region. This remote role requires residency in MD, VA, or DC and involves coordinating with clients, municipal agencies, and internal teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, mentor other team members, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships in a high‑volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of permitting/entitlements experience in the Mid‑Atlantic region.
• Must reside in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of permit‑related projects—from initial filing to certificate of occupancy or completion.
• Serve as the primary communication hub for all assigned projects with proactive status updates.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, plans examiners, and internal teams.
• Oversee deliverables including entitlements, timelines, and risk tracking.
• Maintain detailed project records and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
