Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent with 5 years progressive experience.
At least 1 year of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer, DevOps or related.
One year of experience must include utilizing JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, Jira, Rally, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed non-functional test plans using JMeter and LoadRunner outlining load, scalability, and endurance scenarios.
Design and document performance test cases and scripts per release using JMeter and custom scripting.
Execute load, stress, scalability, and endurance tests with JMeter and LoadRunner.
Monitor server-side performance using Dynatrace and analyze bottlenecks across environments.
Log and track performance defects in Jira and Rally and coordinate with teams for fixes.
Participate in sprint ceremonies and client reviews using Jira and Confluence; provide test progress updates.
Generate daily/weekly reports and performance summaries using Excel, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
Create final test closure documentation including exit criteria and defect logs.
