Job summary

IBM Bellevue is seeking a performance test specialist to design and execute scalable load and endurance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace. You will validate throughput, latency, and stability across environments and coordinate defect resolution with development teams.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, document results in Jira/Rally, and produce weekly performance summaries to support release readiness.

Qualifications

Requires advanced knowledge of performance testing and non-functional requirements.
Experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace in enterprise environments.
Strong collaboration with developers and operations to drive performance fixes.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed non-functional test plans focusing on load, scalability, and endurance.
Design and document performance test cases and scripts for releases.
Execute load, stress, and endurance tests using JMeter and LoadRunner.
Monitor server-side performance and identify bottlenecks using Dynatrace.
Log and track performance defects in Jira/Rally and coordinate fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide daily progress updates.
Generate performance summaries and closure documentation using Confluence/SharePoint.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure test environment readiness.
