Qualifications

• 2-4 years hands-on paid media experience, ideally at a digital marketing agency.
• Deep proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Display).
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting dashboards in Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn; core strengths in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Guide paid media strategy from brief to launch: channel selection, audience architecture, budget allocation, and creative direction.
• Monitor performance daily; perform data-backed optimizations and document learnings for future campaigns.
• Partner with design/content teams to brief, review, and iterate on creative assets.
