Job summary

Pyxl is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Growth Strategist to lead full-funnel ecommerce strategies for a portfolio of marketing partners. You will own the customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention, focusing on email, lifecycle automation, content strategy, and conversion optimization with AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience.
• 5+ years of ecommerce marketing strategy experience, focused on email marketing, lifecycle automation, and digital channels.
• Deep hands-on Klaviyo expertise with flow architecture, segmentation, campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated ecommerce strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting or multiple brands in-house.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics and ecommerce performance reporting.
• Familiarity with paid media strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and how it integrates with organic channels.
• Experience with Shopify or other major ecommerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate strategy to client recommendations.
• Demonstrated comfort using AI tools in daily work for research, content, analysis, or workflow automation.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Big-picture strategic thinker who can execute at a tactical level.
• Experience with HubSpot and/or Klaviyo.
• Extensive experience in full funnel strategy, CRO, content strategy for ecommerce, including SEO.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs, SMS marketing (Attentive, Postscript), or subscription models.
• Experience with AI-powered ecommerce tools (predictive segmentation, dynamic recommendations, AI copywriting).
• Experience in regulated industries or multi-brand environments.
• AI fluency: using AI thoughtfully to improve research, analysis, production, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecommerce strategy and client leadership, driving growth and customer lifetime value.
• Develop end-to-end ecommerce marketing strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and strategy sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Lead client meetings on performance, recommendations, and roadmaps.

• Identify new opportunities alongside the Director of Marketing.
• Own email marketing strategy, segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
• Build and optimize Klaviyo flows and audience segmentation.
• Develop segmentation strategies for personalized communications.
• Audit flow performance, email health metrics, and deliverability.
• Use AI-assisted workflows to scale personalization and reporting.
• Develop content strategies supporting ecommerce goals and SEO-driven content.
• Guide content calendar aligned to promotions, launches, and seasonal moments.
• Collaborate with design and dev teams for cohesive experiences.
• Oversee CRO initiatives including landing pages and UX improvements.
• Own end-to-end tracking, reporting, and interpretation of performance.
