Job summary

Duolingo is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Program Manager to support paid marketing initiatives. This remote, project-based role partners with creative, campaign managers, agencies and media vendors to plan and execute the performance marketing projects.

This is a remote, project-based role with expected availability: 20-30 hours per week during U.S. Eastern business hours. The exact scope, duration, and workload will be defined based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing performance marketing programs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate with creative, agencies and media vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end performance marketing programs, including campaign launches and analytics projects.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines and execution plans to support campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with channel owners, agencies and internal partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet goals.
• Track cross-functional dependencies (Brand, Creative, Product, Legal) as needed.
• Build and maintain a creative briefing process.
