Job summary

UTTR is seeking a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to shape B2B marketing strategies and nurture strong client partnerships. This role offers ownership with flexible hours (approximately 20–25 hours per week) and a fully remote arrangement, ideal for experienced marketers who want measurable impact.

You'll manage paid media across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, drive campaigns toward sales pipeline goals, and collaborate with revenue ops, creative, and copy teams to turn data into actionable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience.
• At least 2 years in B2B marketing.
• Basic understanding of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Positive, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand B2B audiences to tailor high-impact advertising strategies.
• Own performance targets across select accounts and drive campaigns toward revenue goals.
• Develop, execute, and analyze structured tests to continuously improve performance.
• Collaborate with revenue operations, creative, and copywriting teams to achieve client outcomes.
• Review campaign performance and translate metrics into actionable insights for clients.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining trust and transparency.
