Job summary

Duolingo is seeking a seasoned Partnerships/PM for game collaborations across top mobile titles. You will ideate and pressure-test integration concepts, align them with partner studios, and drive delivery from concept to launch.

A deep gaming background, fluency in Mandarin and English, and strong stakeholder skills are required to succeed in this role. This is a 1099 contract, ~20 hours/week, spanning multiple concurrent collaborations with a 6-month term.

Qualifications

• Extensive personal experience across MOBAs, MMORPGs and battle royales, with fluency in how these games work.
• Deep understanding of cosmetic economies (gacha, loot boxes, battle passes, skins, emotes).
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pressure-test in-game integration concepts with BD lead and Design Studio.
• Translate Duo's personality into each game's native systems.
• Build and manage master timelines across Duolingo and partner teams, identifying critical paths.
• Deliver each collaboration from concept through launch to post-campaign readout.
• Create a reusable playbook to streamline future partnerships.
