Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making the calls, and you will own campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements with examples.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, testing and campaign pruning.
• Set up reliable conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present performance narratives.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
