• Set up, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across paid channels.
• Build landing pages, forms, templates, and campaign assets in HubSpot or similar platform.
• Track attribution and report campaign results with accuracy.
• Test creative, keywords, bidding, and page variants; manage budget against CAC, ROAS, and lead-conversion targets.
• Present performance updates to marketing and executive leadership.
