The Support the Performance Marketing team will contribute by preparing campaign reports, analyzing data, and handling day-to-day paid marketing operations as the campaigns are planned, launched, measured, and optimized across paid channels.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, performance metrics, and paid advertising platforms.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
• Curiosity around digital advertising, analytics, AI, and automation, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports across paid marketing channels.
• Track key metrics such as spend, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Assist with campaign QA, UTM creation, research, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
