Job summary

HighLevel India is offering a 6-month apprenticeship in Marketing. This entry-level role is designed to give practical experience across campaign reporting, performance analysis, QA, research and day-to-day paid marketing operations.

You will learn to use Excel and Google Sheets, work with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads, and report insights using AI tools such as ChatGPT. This is a remote, India-based opportunity with a Monday–Friday schedule and IST evenings.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in marketing/analytics or related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and funnels.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data tasks.
• Willingness to learn AI tools and paid media platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic campaign reporting and day-to-day analysis.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports across paid channels.
• Organize and analyze campaign data in Excel/Sheets.
• Track metrics: spend, impressions, clicks, leads, CPA, CPC, CTR.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and trackers.
• Support campaign QA before and after launch.
• Help with campaign setup across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads.
• Document changes, tests and learnings and optimization activities.
