Job summary

Info Origin Inc seeks a Performance Load Test Analyst for PA with remote option. You will define performance testing strategy, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria across SAP, CRM, analytics, and integration layers for UBOS releases.

Responsibilities include executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using NeoLoad; simulating real-world enterprise workloads; monitoring metrics; analyzing results and delivering detailed reports with go/no-go

Qualifications

8+ years of overall IT testing experience.
4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

Define performance testing strategy, scope, workloads, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across SAP, CRM, analytics, and integration layers.
Monitor performance metrics including response times, throughput, error rates, and resource utilization.
Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with go/no-go recommendations.
