Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. is seeking a senior Performance Test Engineer to define and execute performance, load, and stress tests across SAP, CRM, and middleware integrations. The role requires deep experience with NeoLoad in a large-scale enterprise environment and collaboration across QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT testing experience required.
4+ years of hands-on performance/load testing experience.
Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad (required).
Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

Follow client SDLC and quality governance processes for performance readiness across UBOS releases.
Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad across UBOS components.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed test reports with go/no-go recommendations.
Develop and maintain performance test scripts and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines.
