Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineering Lead to steer enterprise-scale performance testing for the Journi program.

You will champion NeoLoad, SAP integrations, and performance engineering across cross-functional teams in a remote-capable environment. You will design workload models, define performance standards, and guide capacity planning while identifying bottlenecks in SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, APIs, and middleware.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise performance engineering and load testing.
• 5+ years leading performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP applications, integrations, APIs, middleware, and capacity planning.
• Experience with performance monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and scalability testing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS; related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing, load testing, and stress testing.
• Develop workload models, performance standards, and capacity planning strategies.
• Review architecture to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Lead testing across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, CRM, APIs, middleware, and web apps.
• Use NeoLoad to develop testing frameworks and automate performance regression testing.
• Collaborate with development, SAP, database, infrastructure, and cloud teams to resolve issues.
• Present performance results, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
