Job summary

Solü Technology Partners is seeking a Performance Load Test Analyst to design, execute, and analyze performance tests using NeoLoad. You will work on SAP, CRM, analytics, and enterprise integrations, validating end-to-end performance across complex platforms.

The role requires 8+ years of IT testing experience, including at least 4 years in performance testing, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. This primarily remote position includes onsite activity in Middletown, PA as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NeoLoad expertise required evaluating enterprise-scale SAP, CRM, and integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance testing strategies per SDLC and governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain NeoLoad performance test scripts for SAP, CRM, analytics, and integration platforms.
• Simulate high-volume workloads including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, and batch processing.
• Validate end-to-end performance across SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CE, APIs, middleware, and front-end apps.
• Test CRM-to-SAP integrations, including APIs, message queues, batch interfaces, and data flows.
• Monitor response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization, and capacity to identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze results and provide performance reports, dashboards, baseline comparisons, and go/no-go decisions.
• Integrate NeoLoad testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous performance improvements.
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, show-backs, go-live, and hypercare through performance validation.
• Maintain documentation for test plans, scripts, results, and designs per standards.

Solu is seeking a Performance Load Test Analyst with strong, hands-on experience using NeoLoad to design, develop, execute, and analyze performance and load tests. Candidates must have 8+ years of overall IT testing experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on performance/load testing. Experience with NeoLoad is required, along with testing enterprise-scale applications involving SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics, APIs, middleware, and complex integrations. Responsibilities include conducting load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing, identifying performance bottlenecks, analyzing results, and providing performance reports and release recommendations. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance testing strategies and test plans in accordance with PTC SDLC and quality governance standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain NeoLoad performance test scripts to conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across SAP, CRM, analytics, and enterprise integration platforms.
• Simulate high-volume business workloads, including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, batch jobs, and concurrent user activity.
• Validate end-to-end performance across SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, Dynamics CE, APIs, middleware, and customer-facing applications.
• Test CRM-to-SAP integrations, including APIs, message queues, batch interfaces, and synchronous and asynchronous data flows.
• Monitor response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization, and system capacity to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze test results and provide performance reports, dashboards, baseline comparisons, regression analysis, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Integrate NeoLoad testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable and support continuous performance improvement across releases.
• Support SIT, UAT, PI cycles, show-backs, go-live, and hypercare through performance validation.
• Maintain documentation for test plans, scripts, results, technical designs, impact analyses, and lessons learned in accordance with Commission standards and templates.

Qualifications

• Required 8 Years Overall IT testing experience.
• Required 4 Years Hands-on performance/load testing experience.
• Required Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Required Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes.
• Required Experience testing SAP systems, CRM platforms, analytics platforms and complex enterprise integrations.
• Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Engagement Requirements

• Candidate must reside within the Continental United States.
• Must pass ePATCH and ClearChecks background checks prior to starting.
• Position is primarily remote with onsite presence required in Middletown, PA for: Solution Confirmation, PI Cycles, Showbacks, SIT and UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
