Job summary

The Commission seeks an experienced Performance Test Engineer to design and execute NEoLoad-based tests across SAP, CRM, and integration layers. You will simulate real-world workloads, monitor results, and deliver actionable insights to drive releases.

This is primarily remote with onsite Middletown, PA presence as required. Required: 8+ years IT testing, 4+ years performance testing, strong NeoLoad skills, and experience with SAP and CRM environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT testing experience.
• 4+ years hands-on performance/load testing.
• Strong NeoLoad expertise and enterprise-scale testing.
• Experience with SAP, CRM platforms, and complex integrations.
• Ability to validate API, batch, and asynchronous processing.

Responsibilities

• Design performance testing strategy and acceptance criteria.
• Execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics across layers.
• Validate end-to-end integrations between CRM and SAP systems.
• Collaborate with SIT/UAT/PI cycles and go-live activities.
